Dispatchers may perform the following tasks:

  • Handle all incoming calls
  • Interface with customers

  • Responsible for techs returning signed delivery tickets and FSOs
  • Recording all sales and potential sales for “Friday Report”
  • Organize field operations

District Manager
Description
The District Manager manages all aspects of the districts operations and all personnel assigned to the district.

District Managers may perform the following tasks:

  • Responsible for field sales management in district
  • Interface with customers
  • Take job orders
  • Manage all district personnel
  • Responsible for customer signing of delivery tickets
  • Recording all sales and potential sales on “Friday Report”
  • Organize field operations
  • Organize warehouse operations
  • Maintain moral

District Sales Representative - All Locations
Description
Schooner sales representatives RENT goods and services to the oil industry, business and professional establishments.

A sales representative may perform the following tasks:

  • Visit clients to discuss products, take orders
  • Find and contact potential new customers
  • Take customer orders and fill out detailed Job sheets for operations that include sizes, working pressure, date required, location, number of service personnel, and any other pertinent data.
  • Arrange a program of visits to all major potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments
  • Develop and update your knowledge of customer requirements. Know competitors' product weakness, if any. Speak with other sales and marketing personnel to work out the best methods of promoting Schooner products
  • Work out customers' needs and explain Schooner products to them, which may involve technical descriptions of products and the way they may be used
  • Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record orders
  • Report to employers on sales and provide feedback on the marketing of new or established products
  • Carry out formal presentations of products using videos and other visual aids, attend promotional events and organize product displays
  • Plan to meet sales targets and budgets
  • Attend sales meetings and prepare presentations.

Service Technician - All Locations
Description
Service Technicians control the flow of gas and liquids from a well in difficult high-pressure remedial or work over operations such as flowing back the well after fracture, snubbing and well control situations.

A Service Technician may perform the following tasks:

  • Perform hydraulic or manual frac valve operations
  • Perform hydraulic or manual choke operations
  • Perform blow out prevention operations
  • Arrive at well site on time
  • Set up, operate, and maintain equipment on well site
  • Operate equipment as per customer specifications
  • Repair, test, and maintain equipment in warehouse
  • Perform various shop duties on equipment as required
  • Interface with well test personnel
