High Pressure Sand and Solid's Removal Systems

Schooner Petroleum Services Inc. has a specialized high pressure sand and solid's removal system “HPSRS”. The flow enters through the top of the “HPSRS” through a inlet and dumps into the bore spool. At this point the velocity slows down and flow is diverted over a series of baffles allowing the solid's to drop to the bottom of the spool.

The solid's can be dumped from the system as needed. The flow, less the solid's is channeled to the top of the unit where it exits out of the outlet spool. To facilitate best results we recommend the use of a hydraulic choke and a hydraulic valve on the dump side of the unit. Other systems available: 7 1/16” 5-20k psi, 11” 10k psi working pressure, 13 5/8” 10k psi & 15k psi Working Pressure.
